Access to safe water is a fundamental human right.

Segura envisions a world where universal access to safe drinking water is the norm. How will we accomplish this goal? Through easy, accurate, take-anywhere testing.

However, we are currently far off from reaching the goals set out by the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 6.

2 billion

The number of people lacking access to safe drinking water

6 million

The number of homes at risk of lead poisoning in the US alone

>50%

Proportion of the US population exposed to high-lead levels in early childhood

Meet the team
